We use only regional and seasonal products, partly from our own organic cultivation or from the local specialist of our trust. You will be served daily with fresh and high quality products from the region.

This does not only apply to our lovely pasta, which we make fresh every day. We also process our sun-ripened tomatoes into delightful sauces. Enjoy as well our delicious jams made out of the sweet fruits from our garden.
